Article 118

The provisions of Articles 6 to 16 and 19 to 25 of Annex X to the Staff Regulations shall apply by analogy to contract staff serving in third countries. However, Article 21 of that Annex shall only apply if the contract is for not less than one year. CHAPTER 12 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
