Transitional provision This Regulation shall apply only to judgments given, to court settlements approved or concluded and to documents formally drawn up or registered as authentic instruments after the entry into force of this Regulation. CHAPTER VII RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER COMMUNITY INSTRUMENTS
