Article 27

Relationship with Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 This Regulation shall not affect the possibility of seeking recognition and enforcement, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 44/2001, of a judgment, a court settlement or an authentic instrument on an uncontested claim.

Article 28

Relationship with Regulation (EC) No 1348/2000 This Regulation shall not affect the application of Regulation (EC) No 1348/2000. CHAPTER VIII GENERAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
