Commission Regulation (EC) No 105/2005 of 17 November 2004 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1420/1999 and Regulation (EC) No 1547/1999 as regards shipments of certain types of waste to China and Saudi ArabiaText with EEA relevance
Annex A to Regulation (EC No 1420/1999 is amended as set out in Annex II to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Annex D to Regulation (EC) No 1547/1999 is amended as follows:

In Annex D, between the entry relating to São Tomé and Príncipe and the entry relating to Sierra Leone, the following entry is inserted:
