Article 98
Open ↗The Management Board shall, as far as is necessary and with the Commission’s prior consent, adopt the Europol Financial Implementing Rules, on a proposal from its Director. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Prior to the entry into force, this regulation shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
