Article 1
The signing of the European Convention on the legal protection of services based on, or consisting of, conditional accessΒ ( 2 ) is hereby authorised on behalf of the Union, subject to the conclusion of the Convention.

Article 2
The President of the Council is hereby authorised, on behalf of the Union, to appoint the person(s) empowered to sign the Convention.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
