In point 4 of Part B of Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/631 the entry M 0 is replaced by the following: βM 0 is 1Β 766,4 in 2020, 1Β 825,23 for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, and for 2024 the value adopted pursuant to point (b) of Article 14(1)β.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
