Article 1 Amendments to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/683

Annexes I, III, VI and VIII to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/683 are amended in accordance with Annex I to this Regulation.

Article 2 Corrections to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/683

Annexes I, III and VIII to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/683 are corrected in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 3 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Annex I shall apply from 1 January 2023.
