Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/2740 of 16 October 2023 on the signing and conclusion on behalf of the Union of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Armenia on the status of the European Union Mission in Armenia (EUMA)

Article 1

The Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Armenia on the status of the European Union Mission in Armenia (EUMA) (the ‘Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union  ( 3 ) .

Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Agreement in order to bind the Union.

Article 3

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 19(2) of the Agreement  ( 4 ) .

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
