The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf regarding the decision of the Participants to the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits (the ‘Arrangement’) on amendments to the Sector Understanding on Export Credits for Climate Change contained in Annex I to the Arrangement shall be to support the amendments based on the draft text annexed to this Decision.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
Draft amendments to Annex I to the Arrangement (the Climate Change Sector Understanding)
ANNEX Draft amendments to Annex I to the Arrangement (the Climate Change Sector Understanding) The text in footnotes 6 and 10 of Appendix I to Annex I to the Arrangement (the Climate Change Sector Understanding) shall be replaced by following text: ‘No later than 30 June 2026, Participants will review international standards developed by then and decide whether they will incorporate them in this entry.’. Footnote 11 of Appendix I to Annex I to the Arrangement shall be deleted.
