Open ↗ANNEX In Annex VII to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001, in Chapter C, Part 5 is replaced by the following: ‘ PART 5 Reports to be provided to the Commission by the Member States Member States introducing national breeding programmes to select for resistance to TSE in their ovine populations shall: 1. notify to the Commission the requirements for such programmes; 2. submit to the Commission a report when changes are made to such programmes.’
