Template of the monitoring plan

Article 1

1.   For the purposes of submitting the monitoring plan pursuant to Articles 8 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1805, companies shall use an electronic version of the template in the Annex to this Regulation that will be accessible in the FuelEU database. 2.   For the purposes of recording the assessed monitoring plan in the FuelEU database pursuant to Article 11(3) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1805, verifiers shall use an electronic version of the template of the monitoring plan set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Entry into force

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
