Open ↗Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/114 is repealed.

Open ↗The biocidal product ‘SchwabEX-Guard’ shall no longer be made available on the market from 3 April 2025 and existing stocks of such biocidal product shall no longer be used from 3 October 2025.

Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
