Article 1
The Union authorisation for the single biocidal product ‘SchwabEX-Guard’ granted by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/114 to Sumitomo Chemical Agro Europe SAS with the authorisation number EU-0025436-0000 is cancelled.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2405 of 12 September 2024 cancelling the Union authorisation for the single biocidal product SchwabEX-Guard in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/114
Article 2
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/114 is repealed.
Article 3
The biocidal product ‘SchwabEX-Guard’ shall no longer be made available on the market from 3 April 2025 and existing stocks of such biocidal product shall no longer be used from 3 October 2025.
Article 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
