Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2921 of 19 November 2024 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2024/1143 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the entering of a geographical indication in the Union register of geographical indications (Nougat de Montélimar (PGI))

Article 1

The geographical indication ‘Nougat de Montélimar’ (PGI) is hereby entered in the Union register of geographical indications referred to in Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1143.

Article 2

The company Bargues Agro-Industrie, 7 Courtès – 46340 Lavercantière (SIRET: 338 615 958 00018) is hereby authorised to continue to use the names ‘Pâte de nougat Montélimar’ / ‘Montelimar nougat paste’ / ‘patanouga Montélimar’ for a transitional period of 5 years from the entry into force of this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
