Article 1

1. Ms Cinzia NEGRO is hereby appointed chairperson of a Board of Appeal of the EUIPO for a term of five years. 2. The date on which the five-year term referred to in paragraph 1 commences shall be set by the Management Board of the EUIPO.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
