Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/2054 of 13 October 2025 reducing from European Union financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) (notified under document C(2025) 6791)

Article 1

The amounts set out in the Annex and related to expenditure declared by the Member States’ accredited paying agencies under the EAGF or the EAFRD, corresponding to the interventions referred to in Title III of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 and which does not have a corresponding output as reported in the annual performance report referred to in Article 9(3)(b) and Article 10(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 and in Article 134 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115, shall be reduced from Union financing.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Republic of Cyprus and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
