Article 1

The neighbouring container transhipment ports referred to in Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1805 are listed in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
