Open ↗The following companies are authorized to continue using the name ‘Queso de Burgos’ for a transitional period of three years from the entry into force of this regulation: Mantequerías Arias S.A. (as regards the installations located outside the geographical area defined in the product specification); Campo de San Juan S.L.U.; Lácteas del Jarama S.A.; Grupo Lactalis Iberia S.A.; Lactalis Zamora S.L.; El Gran Cardenal S.A.; Schreiber Foods España S.L.; Palancares Alimentación S.L.; Industrias Lácteas San Vicente S.A.
