Active substance gases
Article 76
1. The production of active substance gases through a continuous process (e.g. air separation) shall be continuously monitored for quality. The results of this monitoring shall be kept in a manner permitting trend evaluation. 2. Transfers and deliveries of cryogenic and liquefied gas and the filling and labelling of cylinders and mobile cryogenic vessels shall comply with the requirements laid down in Sections V.6.1 and V.6.2 of Annex III to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2091 on good manufacturing practice for veterinary medicinal products.
