Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/565

Article 1

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/565 is amended as follows: (1) in the title, the name of the holder of the authorisation ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd, represented in the Union by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o.’ is replaced by ‘dsm-firmenich Switzerland Ltd., represented in the EU by dsm-firmenich Austria GmbH’; (2) in the second column of the table in the Annex, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd represented in the Union by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o.’ is replaced by ‘dsm-firmenich Switzerland Ltd. represented in the EU by dsm-firmenich Austria GmbH’.

Transitional measure

Article 2

The feed additive concerned, as produced and labelled before the date of entry into force of this Regulation in accordance with the rules applicable before that date, may continue to be placed on the market and used until stocks are exhausted.

Entry into force

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
