Article 1
The import duty for husked rice falling within CN code 1006 20 , other than husked basmati rice of the varieties referred to in Article 2(1) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2835 ( 4 ) , shall be EUR 30 per tonne.

Article 2
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1804 is hereby repealed.
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
