Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 is amended as follows: (1) Annex I is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Regulation; (2) Annex Ia is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX I Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 is amended as follows: (1) the following entries are added under the heading ‘a) List of persons referred to in Articles 2 and 2a’: ‘47. Charles SEMATAMA (alias: Sebanyana) Designation: a) Colonel; b) Commander and military leader of Twirwaneho. DOB: 1975. POB: Kalunyo Village, Kamombo Localities, South Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Nationality: Democratic Republic of the Congo. Gustave KUBWAYO; 35. Corneille NANGAA YOBELUO; 39. John Imani NZENZE’; (2) in the section ‘B. Entities’, the entry for the following entity is deleted: ‘1. Alliance Fleuve Congo (AFC)’.
