Open ↗Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1481 is repealed.
Article 3
Open ↗The biocidal product ‘Nordkalk QL 0-2’ shall no longer be made available on the market from 25 April 2027 and existing stocks of such biocidal product shall no longer be used from 25 October 2027.
Article 4
Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
