Article 11

1. The successful tenderer must fulfil his obligations in accordance with the conditions laid down in tile Regulation opening the tendering procedure and comply with the undertakings referred to in Article 4 (4) (b), (c), (d) and (e). 2. The successful tenderer may not on his own initiative cancel the operation for which he has been awarded the contract. 3. The rights and obligations arising from the award shall not be transferable.
