Article 14

The successful tenderer shall as soon as possible give the following information to the intervention agency responsible for payment referred to in Article 17: (a) the date on which the goods were made available for delivery to the port of shipment; (b) in the case of a cif delivery, the name of the vessel and its flag, the loading date, the departure date of the vessel, the proposed arrival date and the actual date of arrival at destination; (c) following the dispatch of each consignment, a declaration showing the quantities shipped and the quality of the product and of the packing where the goods are bagged; (d) any delay in loading and any incident occurring during carriage of the goods which may have come to his notice.
