Article 12
Each Member State shall notify to the Commission: 1. before the 15th of each month in respect of the preceding calendar month, the total quantities of B and C sugar, if any, carried forward pursuant to Article 27 of Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81; 2. before 1 March each year in respect of the current marketing year and for each sugar-producing undertaking, the total quantities of B and C sugar carried forward to the following marketing year. However: - as far as Spanish production of beet sugar is concerned, 15 April shall be substituted for 1 March, - as far as cane sugar production in the French departments of Guadeloupe and Martinique and in Spain is concerned, 1 July shall be substituted for 1 March.
