Implementation of the programme The implementation of this programme shall be coordinated and organized in partnership between the Commission and the Member States in the Customs Policy Committee, made up of Directors-General of Customs Administrations from the Commission and the Member States or their representatives, who shall adopt the necessary provisions for the purpose in accordance with their respective powers.
