Article 13

Information disseminated within the Network 1. The information disseminated within the network shall include: (a) the information referred to in Article 2(5); (b) any further information deemed useful by the contact points for the proper functioning of the Network. 2. For the purpose of paragraph 1, the Commission shall progressively establish a secure limited-access electronic information exchange-system in consultation with the contact points.
