Article 49

The Parties shall cooperate with a view to the rapprochement of their standards and rules, in particular: (a) to encourage the strengthening and restructuring of the financial sector in Egypt; (b) to improve accounting and supervisory and regulatory systems of banking, insurance and other parts of the financial sector in Egypt.
