Article 79

1. The Association Committee shall have the power to take decisions for the management of the Agreement as well as in the areas in which the Association Council has delegated its powers to it. 2. The Association Committee shall draw up its decisions by agreement between the two Parties. These decisions shall be binding on the Parties which shall take the measures necessary to implement the decisions taken.
