Article 11
1. In addition to the requirements of Article 10, notifications of GMOs which have been placed on the market in accordance with part C of Council Directive 90/220/EEC(9) or part C of Directive 2001/18/EC shall include a copy of the relevant consent granted under those directives. 2. The date of publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the Decision to grant consent under Directive 90/220/EEC or Directive 2001/18/EC shall be considered to be the date on which the product was first placed on the market, unless the notifier provides verifiable proof that it was first placed on the market at a later date
