Article 13
1. In addition to the requirements of Article 10, notifications of genetically modified food which have been placed on the market in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EC) No 258/97 shall include a copy of the authorisation of that food. 2. The date the authorisation of the product took effect under Regulation No (EC) 258/97 shall be considered to be the date on which it was first placed on the market, unless the notifier provides verifiable proof that the product was first placed on the market at a later date.
