2010/613/EU: Commission Decision of 8 October 2010… Article 4
Article 4
The United Kingdom shall ensure that the competent authority, in collaboration with the organiser of the events referred to in Article 1 and the appointed transport company, take the necessary measures to ensure that the horses:
(a)
are only admitted to the venue if their movements from the Member State of first destination indicated in the CVED to the United Kingdom is documented as provided for in Article 3(2); and
(b)
leave the European Union without delay following the end of the event.
