Article 76
The annual accounts of Europol shall comprise:
(a)
the financial statements of Europol;
(b)
the reports on implementation of the budget.
The accounts of Europol shall be accompanied by a report on budgetary and financial management during the year, which shall give an account, inter alia , of the rate of implementation of the appropriations together with summary information on the transfers of appropriations among the various budget items.
