Duties and restrictions on exports

Article 22

1. The Community and Serbia shall abolish any customs duties on exports and charges having equivalent effect in trade between them upon the entry into force of this Agreement. 2. The Community and Serbia shall abolish between themselves any quantitative restrictions on exports and measures having equivalent effect upon the entry into force of this Agreement.
