Faster reductions in customs duties

Article 23

Serbia declares its readiness to reduce its customs duties in trade with the Community more rapidly than is provided for in Article 21 if its general economic situation and the situation of the economic sector concerned so permit. The Stabilisation and Association Council shall analyse the situation in this respect and make the relevant recommendations.
