Serbian concessions on agricultural products
Article 27
1. From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, Serbia shall abolish all quantitative restrictions and measures having equivalent effect, on imports of agricultural products originating in the Community. 2. From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, Serbia shall: (a) abolish the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex III(a); (b) abolish progressively the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex III(b) in accordance with the timetable indicated for each product in that Annex; (c) reduce progressively the customs duties applicable on imports of certain agricultural products originating in the Community, listed in Annex III (c) and (d) in accordance with the timetable indicated for each product in those Annexes;
