Serbian concessions on fish and fishery products
Article 30
1. From the date of entry into force of this Agreement, Serbia shall abolish all quantitative restrictions and measures having equivalent effect on imports of fish and fishery products originating in the Community. 2. From the entry into force of this Agreement, Serbia shall eliminate all customs duties and measures having equivalent effect on fish and fishery products originating in the Community other than those listed in Annex V. Products listed in Annex V shall be subject to the provisions laid down therein.
