Subject matter and scope

Article 1

1. This Regulation defines common projects, referred to in Article 15a of Regulation (EC) No 550/2004, explains how they shall be governed and identifies incentives for their deployment. 2. This Regulation shall apply to the European Air Traffic Management Network (EATMN).
