Mediation

Article 10

1.   The Mediation Panel shall consider the draft opinion prepared by the Case Committee and shall submit an opinion to the Supervisory Board and the Governing Council within 20 working days from receipt of the notice requesting mediation. In urgent cases, the Mediation Panel shall deliver its opinion within a shorter period to be set by the Chair. 2.   The opinion shall be in writing and shall include the reasons on which it is based. 3.   The opinion of the Mediation Panel shall not be binding on the Supervisory Board and the Governing Council.
