Preparation of a new draft decision

Article 11

1.   When an opinion has been delivered by the Mediation Panel, the Supervisory Board, having taken into consideration the opinion, may submit a new draft decision to the Governing Council within 10 working days from the submission of the Mediation Panel's opinion. 2.   In urgent cases the Supervisory Board may submit a new draft decision within a shorter period to be set by the Chair of the Supervisory Board. 3.   A request for mediation concerning an objection by the Governing Council to a new draft decision submitted pursuant to paragraph 2 shall not be possible.
