Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2000 Article 11

Article 11

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 16 November 2015. However, Article 3 shall apply from 1 October 2016.
