Article 9

In Article 146 of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/2011, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ‘3. The notifications provided for in Article 9(2), Article 18(3) and (4), Articles 97 and 128, Article 129(1), Articles 130 and 131, Article 134(1) and in this Article and the request provided for in Article 92(1), shall be made in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 792/2009.’
