Notifications
Article 51
Member States shall notify the Commission of the implementation of their support programmes, the State aid granted and the support advanced to beneficiaries under the detailed conditions laid down in Chapter III of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1150. If a Member State fails to make a notification as required under this Regulation or if the notification appears to be incorrect in the light of objective facts in the Commission's possession, the Commission may suspend part or all of the monthly payments referred to in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 as regards the wine sector until the notification is correctly made.
