Evaluation
Article 17
1. No sooner than five years after the date of transposition of this Directive, the Commission shall carry out an evaluation of this Directive and present a report on the main findings to the European Parliament and to the Council. The report shall include an evaluation of the appropriateness of the level of security of personal data, the impact on fundamental rights and the possible introduction of a uniform fee for EU ETDs. 2. Member States shall provide the Commission with the information necessary for the preparation of the report referred to in paragraph 1.
