Repeal
Article 18
1. Decision 96/409/CFSP is repealed with effect from 36 months after the adoption of the additional technical specifications referred to in Article 9. 2. References to the repealed Decision shall be construed as references to this Directive. 3. Member States shall ensure the invalidation and destruction of ETD forms produced according to Decision 96/409/CFSP within the time limit referred to in paragraph 1.
