Entry into force

Article 71

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. It shall apply from 1 January 2020. Notwithstanding the first subparagraph, Articles 14, 15, 22(4), 23(3) and (6), 35, 36 and 62 shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. For the purpose of implementing Article 14(7) and Article 15(2), Article 16 shall apply from that date.
