Article 41

Article 18 of Regulation (EC) No 798/2008 is amended as follows: (1) in paragraph 1, points (b), (c) and (d) are deleted; (2) in paragraph 2, points (b), (c) and (d) are deleted; (3) paragraphs 3 and 4 are deleted.
