Decision 2007/777/EC is amended as follows: (1) Article 6 is amended as follows: (a) in paragraph 1, points (b), (c) and (d) are deleted; (b) paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted; (2) Article 6a is amended as follows: (a) in paragraph 1, points (b), (c) and (d) are deleted; (b) paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted.

Entry into force and date of application
Article 49
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 14 December 2019.
