Decisions 2000/208/EC and 2000/571/EC, and Implementing Decision 2011/215/EU are repealed with effect from 14 December 2019.

Amendments to Decision 2007/777/EC

Decision 2007/777/EC is amended as follows: (1) Article 6 is amended as follows: (a) in paragraph 1, points (b), (c) and (d) are deleted; (b) paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted; (2) Article 6a is amended as follows: (a) in paragraph 1, points (b), (c) and (d) are deleted; (b) paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted.

Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 798/2008

Entry into force and date of application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 14 December 2019.
