Article 45

Regulation (EU) No 605/2010 is amended as follows: (1) Article 7 is amended as follows: (a) in paragraph 1, points (b), (c) and (d) are deleted; (b) paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted (2) in Article 7a, paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted.
